Kuznetsky most 12 by Laliqe is deluxe-class club house. The redevelopment project is implemented together with the French company Lalique. Entrance areas, lobbies, elevators, stairs, galleries and lobbies of the residential floors will be decorated with the crystal products by Lalique and in the apartments - the bathrooms. Many elements are created especially for this house.
The club house consists of three small buildings with separate entrances, lobbies, elevators and staircases, which allows you to maintain complete privacy and live in a private space in the heart of the metropolis. All entrances and lobbies differ in design concept, but retain common stylistic features.
The interiors will be styled in Art Nouveau and Art Deco style, decorated with light, furniture, stained glass and Lalique art objects.

One of its façades overlook the pedestrian Kuznetsky Most Street, while the other face the quiet Pushechnaya Street.
