About
Stoleshnikov 7 is a club house of deluxe-class, a restoration project of a cultural heritage site. An apartment building with O.P. Leve's liquor store, located in the most expensive lane of Moscow. Was designed and built in 1903 by the outstanding architect Adolph Erichson, in the Art Nouveau design style.
The main façade of the building is decorated with female hermas topped with grapevines, reminding that the house belonged to a well-known family of wine merchants.
All apartments will be presented with high-quality finishes, in two Art Nouveau / Modern interior designs. There are wood-burning fireplaces in each apartment. Technical equipment includes a full set of Miele appliances - from refrigerator and oven to wine cabinet.
Lobbies and elevator halls: in these spaces, Art Nouveau remains the dominant style, logically continuing the history of the house. At the same time, the character of the interior becomes more laconic, which is in tune with the spirit of the XXI century.
